Rotherham United are closing in on a deal to sign Sean Raggett from Norwich City on a season-long loan, according to a report from Pete O’Rourke for HITC Sport.
The central defender has reportedly emerged as a target for Norwich’s fellow Championship side, with a temporary switch now evidently on the cards.
Raggett is believed to be regarded as more of a plan for the future by Canaries boss Daniel Farke, who is already blessed with numerous options in central defence.

The 24-year-old played only two games for Norwich last season, with both coming from the bench, after rejoining Lincoln City on a short-term loan deal.
Raggett is behind the likes of Timm Klose, Christoph Zimmermann and Grant Hanley in the pecking order at Carrow Road, with the club evidently now keen to see how he fares at Championship level on a consistent basis.
The centre-back will hope to cement his place in Rotherham’s starting line-up immediately, should the deal go through.
