Norwich have announced their squad that will travel to Germany for the club’s pre-season tour.
The Canaries travel to the continent to play Paderborn, Union Berlin and Wolfsburg while the Under-23s also travel, themselves to play Paderborn and Borussia Dortmund.
Nelson Oliveria and Alex Tettey stand out as the two most surprising ommissions from the squad, although the latter is expected to be missing through a virus rather than a serious injury.
Oliveira though has yet to feature for Norwich in pre-season, having missed victories over King’s Lynn, Lincoln and Crawley, while also missing the trip to Germany.

That could be due to Oliveira’s late return to pre-season, having been named a standby for Portugal during this summer’s World Cup.
However, his absence does beg the question about his long-term future in Daniel Farke’s side.
Defender Ivo Pinto was included in the squad despite rumours that he has fallen out of favour, while Russell Martin made the trip as part of the Under-23s group.
The long-serving defender has yet to appear this summer, having been deemed out of favour with City head coach Daniel Farke since last autumn and spending the second half of last season on loan at Rangers.
Norwich’s full squad is as follows:
Max Aarons, Emiliano Buendía, Todd Cantwell, Ben Godfrey, Grant Hanley, Onel Hernandez, James Husband, Timm Klose, Moritz Leitner, Jamal Lewis, Ben Marshall, Remi Matthews, Michael McGovern, Kenny McLean, Aston Oxborough, Felix Passlack, Ivo Pinto, Teemu Pukki, Sean Raggett, Jordan Rhodes, Dennis Srbeny, Marco Stiepermann, Louis Thompson, Tom Trybull, Yanic Wildschut, Christoph Zimmermann; Under-23s: Devonte Aransibia, Josh Cooley (trialist), Adam Idah, Ciaren Jones, Bilal Kamal, Russell Martin, Jon McCracken, Saul Milovanovic, Timi Odusina, Alfie Payne, Simon Power, Caleb Richards, Tom Scully, Anthony Spyrou, Jordan Thomas.
