Chelsea midfielder Kasey Palmer will hold out before making a decision on his future until the club appoints Maurizio Sarri as their new manager.
According to The Mirror, Palmer is keen to find out whether Sarri would have him in his plans for next season, before agreeing to join Norwich on loan.
The report claims that Norwich have made an offer for Palmer, to take the midfielder on loan until the end of the season.

Chelsea are expected to announce Sarri as their new manager next week, as he leaves Napoli to move to the Premier League to replace Antonio Conte.
Ligue 1 side OCG Nice are also said to be keen, although Norwich are considered to be the favourites at this moment in time.
Norwich have made four signings so far this summer, with Moritz Leitner, Emi Buendia, Teemu Pukki and Ben Marshall all arriving at the club.
