Norwich have made an offer to take Chelsea midfielder Kasey Palmer on loan for the season, according to Sky Sports.
The Canaries will contest with Ligue 1 outfit Nice, who have made contact with the Blues over a prospective loan deal.
Palmer played an integral role for Huddersfield in their charge to promotion from the Championship two years ago, while he also starred for Derby last season.
The 21-year old is keen to sort his future out before pre-season to ensure he hits the ground running,
Palmer is one of a number of players waiting to find out if Chelsea want him to stay at the club, go out on loan or leave the club on a permanent basis.
Sky understand that until Antonio Conte’s future has been sorted out, incomings and outgoings at Chelsea have been put on hold.
