The club have officially confirmed the arrival of Buendia for an undisclosed fee, thought to be in the region of £1.5m.
Buendia can play in a number of positions in attack, being able to operate on either wing and in a number ten role.
Reports have claimed Buendia is a replacement for Alex Pritchard, who was sold to Huddersfield in January.
The 21-year-old has been capped at youth level by Argentina and is thought to be a promising young talent that Norwich can develop.
Buendia has become Norwich’s first signing of the summer transfer window, with Liverpool’s Danny Ward also linked with a switch to Carrow Road.
The midfielder was able to notch six goals and 13 assists last season, impressing Norwich enough to pursue a deal for him.
