Norwich are interested in signing Chelsea youngster Mason Mount, according to The Mirror.
Mount is yet to make an appearance for the Chelsea first-team but has been impressive on his loan at Dutch side Vitesse, scoring nine goals in 30 games.
With his future at Chelsea unclear, Norwich could be about to swoop in with a loan deal being muted.
Chelsea are known for loaning their youth players out and before using them in the first-team squad, but Mount remains highly thought of at Stamford Bridge.
Dutch giants Ajax are also interested in the player but Mount has recently signed a deal at Stamford Bridge which will keep him there until 2021.
Mount has been impressive for England as well as Vitesse.
He was named as the Golden Player of the U-19 European Championships back in 2017 and has made a name for himself in the U-19’s, making 16 appearances and managing to score seven goals for the age group.
