Hanley and Vrancic ruled out of Sheffield Wednesday clash

Norwich City head coach Daniel Farke has confirmed that Grant Hanley and Mario Vrancic are among those missing for this weekend’s clash with Sheffield Wednesday.

The Canaries are left with little to play for after another season of inconsistency in the second-tier of English football.

Hanley will miss the game having suffered an injury to his ankle.

12th in the highest Norwich can finish and is the current position they occupy going into the game.

Onel Hernandez and Tom Trybull are both fully fit, whilst Farke confirmed Vrancic’s absence.

Norwich will be hoping to, at least, finish the season above Ipswich. A win against Sheffield Wednesday would secure that, or if Ipswich fail to get a result against Middlesbrough.
