Norwich City are set to announce that midfielder Alex Tettey has signed a new two-year deal with the club, according to reports.
James Nursey of the Mirror understands that the Norwegian international has changed his mind and is happy to stay at Carrow Road for two more seasons,
The 32-year-old is set to become a free agent this summer and had been rejecting contract offers from the Canaries as he apparently had his sights set on a return to Rosenborg, the club he began his professional career with.

However, despite the fact that City’s parachute payments end this summer, they’ve managed to free up enough cash to pay Tettey what he wanted, so his six year stint with the Canaries is set to continue.
The midfielder has played in 27 games for Norwich this season and with James Maddison looking like he’ll be leaving, the Canaries would have had two holes to fill in midfield had Tettey decided to move, so it looks Daniel Farke has one less headache to worry about this summer.
