The German boss revealed that the midfielder has returned to Tottenham Hotspur due to ‘personal reasons’, having signed for the club only in January.
Edwards, 19, did not have the desired impact with the Canaries and Farke did point out some errors in the youngster’s attitude following his arrival at the club.
The midfielder made only one appearance for Norwich and that came off the bench in the team’s 2-0 home defeat to Fulham at Carrow Road recently.
Norwich are well stocked with midfield options and as a consequence of this, Edwards’ first-team game time was extremely limited.
Edwards will now hope to continue his development back with Spurs as he bids to break into Mauricio Pochettino’s plans for the future.
