Norwich City ended their pre-season on Saturday with a 1-1 draw at Carrow Road against Brighton.
It was a home debut for manager Daniel Farke and a number of the Norwich summer signings, with all impressing the home crowd.
Brighton took the lead against the run of play midway through the first half. Pascal Gross nodded in a cross from the right, looping his header into the far corner.
One of the Carrow Road debutantes equalised for City just before half-time. Summer signing Marley Watkins collected the ball on the edge of the box and lashed a strike into the top corner off the underside of the bar.
