As reported earlier today, Norwich signed Icelandic U16 midfielder Isak Thorvaldsson, but he’s not the only youngster to sign for the club today.
As reported by the club’s official website, Irish striker Adam Idah has also signed from College Corinthians.
The Republic of Ireland U17 international was one of the better players in the recent U17 European Championships which were held earlier this year as he helped his side to the quarter finals.
At just 16-years-old, it is likely to be a while before we see Idah pushing for a first team role but it is encouraging to see Norwich continuing to search for the brightest young talents across Europe.
Idah, along with Thorvaldsson, will join up with the academy as preparations get underway for a new season at various youth levels.
