Norwich City are in the race to sign Stade Rennais goalkeeper Maxime Chopin this summer.
According to GetWestLondon, Norwich are one of a number of teams thought to be keen on a move for the shot-stopper.
Derby, Fulham and Southampton are also said to be interested in Chopin and are all considering a bid for the youngster.
The report claims that a number of Category One academies in England – including Norwich – see him as a potential star.
Chopin is highly thought of in France and has been tipped for big things in the future, which has attracted a number of English sides.
Norwich have already let go of two first-team goalkeepers this summer. John Ruddy has been let go on a free transfer and Declan Rudd was sold to Preston for £500k.
If signed, Chopin would slot into the under-18 team but Norwich face an uphill challenge in tempting him to join them over Premier League side Southampton.
