Norwich City have tabled an offer for Rangers midfielder Jamie Barjonas, according to journalist John August.
The report claims that Norwich have bid for Barjonas, although it does not state exactly how much they have offered.
It says that Norwich have been tracking his progress for some time and have finally decided to firm up their interest with a bid.
Rangers want to keep hold of the youngster but a big money offer from Norwich could tempt them to sell.
The 18-year-old has impressed in the youth set-up at Ibrox but also managed to make three first-team appearances in the SPL for Rangers last season.
It is said that new Norwich head coach is looking to build his side around youth and is keen to add new talent to his academy, to bring through in the future.
Barjonas is contracted until next summer at Rangers, after signing a new deal last year.
The central midfielder has been capped at various youth levels by Rangers.
