Rangers have tabled a second offer for Norwich City midfielder Graham Dorrans.
According to STV, Rangers have made their second bid for the Scotsman as they look to secure a deal.
The report claims that Dorrans is keen to move to Rangers, with the Scottish giants placing him at the top of their wishlist.

Dorrans was born in Glasgow and has supported Rangers his whole life, but is yet to play for them in his career.
The 30-year-old scored six goals in 22 games for Norwich last season in the Championship, with many of them coming from the penalty spot.
Rangers see Dorrans as the man to improve their midfield and put them up to contend for European football once and maybe even challenge Celtic for the title.
Norwich have made no secret of the fact they need to sell this summer in order to sign players, with Dorrans looking likely to be the first out of the door.
