Norwich City have confirmed Daniel Farke as the new head coach of the club in a statement.
Farke has signed a two-year contract with the club, along with his backroom team.
Sporting director Stuart Webber has finally got his man, as he takes the same route he did for David Wagner at Huddersfield.
Farke replaced Wagner as Dortmund II’s manager when Huddersfield snatched him two years ago, with Webber back to bring Farke to Norwich.
The 40-year-old led his side to a 2nd-placed finish this season, impressing the powers that be at Carrow Road.
He has become the first foreign boss Norwich have ever had in their history, and will be tasked with gaining promotion to the Premier League in his first Championship job.
Farke rejected the chance to join Darmstadt in the Bundesliga, and will be bringing his own backroom staff with him to Norwich.
The German boss will now be looking to get to work in the transfer market ahead of the pre-season.
