Alex Neil has now been with Norwich for a little over two years now and things have certainly had their ups and downs.
After arriving from Hamilton to replace Neil Adams, the then 33-year-old led Norwich on a magical run in the second half of the season where they won 17 of their last 25 Championship games which saw them finish third.
This saw the Canaries drawn against rivals Ipswich in the play-offs and Neil masterminded a 4-2 aggregate win before overseeing Norwich’s promotion back to the Premier League with a 2-0 win over Middlesbrough in the play-off final.
It would be just one season back in the Premier League as Neil’s side were relegated straight back to the Championship last term and his second spell in England’s second tier has not gone as smoothly as his first.
