Norwich City manager Alex Neil has handed out the latest squad news ahead of tonight’s trip to face Wigan at the DW Stadium.
The Canaries travel to face Wigan as they look to win their fourth game in succession and move back into the play-off places ahead of Sheffield Wednesday.
Norwich will be without midfielder Alex Tettey for the clash. The Norwegian international picked up his tenth yellow card of the season against Cardiff and will miss the club’s next two matches.
Youssouf Mulumbu could return for the Canaries. The holding midfielder has been away at the African Cup of Nations recently and now Neil has revealed he could be ready to play.
Speaking to Norwich’s website, Neil said this:
He (Mulumbu) had a tight thigh for the Cardiff game, but I’m hoping he should be ok for this one.
Steven Naismith is also sidelined. The attacking midfielder misses Saturday’s win over Cardiff with a hamstring strain and is still recovering.
Graham Dorrans and Louis Thompson are still missing. However, Matt Jarvis will make a return to the matchday squad for the first time this season.
