Chelsea are set to recall Patrick Bamford from his loan spell at Burnley to send him out to a Championship club on loan.
The Express claim that Chelsea will bring Bamford back to Stamford Bridge in order to ship him out on loan again for the second half of the season.
This is similar to what happened with the forward last season. Bamford spent the first half of the season on loan at Crystal Palace, before being relegated from the Premier League with Norwich in the second half of the season.
Bamford is yet to start a game this season for Burnley. The young Englishman has played just six matches, all off the bench in the Premier League and is yet to score.
It is thought that a move back to the Championship is now on the cards, with Leeds and Wolves interested in his signature. But could a loan move back to Norwich – who are on the look for a striker – be his destination?
