A video of a goalkeeper training session might not sound too exciting on the face of things, but when you watch this one closely, you can see why it’s gone viral!
Goalkeeping coach Dean Kiely has introduced ‘Spikeball’ into his sessions as it, according to the man himself, is a great way to warm up and work on the speed, agility and reactions of his goalkeepers.
The game is essentially like volleyball except the ball must bounce off the trampoline rather than hit the net.
