According to Spor Toto Süper Lig, Norwich City’s Congolese Midfielder; Youssouf Mulumbu was holding talks with Turkish Club; Kayserispor over a permanent deal to take him to Turkey, where he would be offered first team football.
Reports suggest that his move broke down on Deadline Day as the club failed to agree to personal terms with the player, likely due to disputes over wage and location.

At this time we can only truly speculate the reasons as to why this move fell down, but as it stands Mulumbu could prove to be very vital for us this season, correcting the balance between attack and defence, such as when he started against Ipswich.
Youssouf Mulumbu joined Norwich during last summer’s transfer window on a free deal from West Brom and has only started five matches, mainly due to injuries.
