Norwich City have just kicked off their Championship campaign this weekend, having won 4-1 away at Blackburn yesterday.
Following the club’s relegation from the Premier League earlier this year, there have been a lot of supporters calling the club a yo-yo team – bouncing up and down from Premier League to Championship.
This, possibly, started in the 2011/12 season. This was the start of Norwich’s recent long-ish stint in the top-flight.
The Canaries had just been promoted from the Championship, having finished runners-up to Queens Park Rangers and were heavily tipped to go straight back down to the second tier.
Instead, Paul Lambert worked his magic and the Canaries finished an impressive 12th place in the Premier League.
The squad wasn’t full of mega money players and big names, but had a lot of players who had a point to prove and wanted to work hard to earn success.
Almost all of them have since moved on, so where are they now?
