Following the news that Norwich could be set to sign Ross McCormack for £15m, I thought it would be a good time to look back at some of Norwich’s most expensive signings.
Norwich have been criticised in recent seasons for not ‘splashing the cash’, with last season’s relegation being the cause of a lack of spending in many people’s eyes.
Norwich spent £7m on Robbie Brady, but failed to spend much more than that. Bringing in loan players like Andre Wisdom, Dieumerci Mbokani and Matt Jarvis, as well as signing Yousouff Mulumbu on a free transfer.
But, there have been times where Norwich have spent a lot of money on players, so it’s time to look back at some of the big deals.
