Norwich manager Alex Neil has branded the clash with Aston Villa tomorrow at Carrow Road as a ‘must-win’ match, however, he has said it won’t have too much of an impact on the rest of the season.
It is a huge chance for Norwich to climb further from safety as they currently only sit above the bottom three on goal difference, with a last minute Tom Cleverley goal against Newcastle for Everton saving Norwich from dropping into the relegation zone following the loss against Spurs.

Norwich face Aston Villa just 48 hours after a 3-0 loss to Tottenham at White Hart Lane and it will be a tough test as Remi Garde’s men will look for just their second league win of the season to end the year on a high. No matter what the result; Villa will be bottom of the Premier League coming into 2016.
Speaking about the match, Alex Neil said this:
There are games in and about you that you’ve got to win, so I would probably call it a must-win, even though I don’t think anything’s going to be determined by this particular game.
However, three points against them certainly makes things a lot better.
It’s a snowball effect between now and the end of the season. Every game becomes bigger if you don’t win games.
