Norwich manager Alex Neil has blamed a lack of belief for the loss to Spurs at White Hart Lane this afternoon as the Canaries slumped to a 3-0 defeat.
Harry Kane scored twice in the first-half to give Spurs a 2-0 lead at half-time and then Tom Carroll cemented the win for the home side when he scored a fine goal from outside the box.
It was a bleak afternoon for the Canaries that brought about little positives. The performances of Declan Rudd and Vadis Odidja-Ofoe were probably the only bright points to take from the match.
Rudd was Norwich’s man of the match with a number of fantastic saves to keep Norwich in the contest and Vadis was very impressive on his first ever Premier League start for Norwich.

Alex Neil has blamed the lack of belief in the fact Norwich could get back into the match as the reason for losing the match.
We played well and started well until their first goal went in. We lacked a little belief after that and then they went on scored the second.
In the second half we huffed and puffed, but after their first goal went in we didn’t play as well. It changes the game – the first goal is crucial. We conceded it and our response wasn’t what we hoped.
They’re a great side. We didn’t play that badly, but we could have done better with the ball at times.
