USA international and D.C United goalkeeper Bill Hamid will join Norwich City for training during the MLS off-season, according to The Washington Post.
Hamid, 25, was D.C’s ever-present goalkeeper this season as his performances helped United to a 3rd place spot in the MLS Eastern Conference.
The USA man has had a previous trial at fellow Premier League side, West Brom in 2011. His stint was unsuccessful as the American returned to D.C. Hamid was also close to joining Celtic but the move fell through due to a work permit.

Current Norwich goalkeeper John Ruddy has been criticised by many fans because of his performances, so this could be a reason as to why Hamid will train with the club. Norwich have conceded the fifth most goals in the Premier League this season.
It is unclear if he will join the Canaries at all, be it a loan or a permanent deal, but it could be a possibility if he impresses during his time in East Anglia.
Hamid has been rumoured with a move to England in previous seasons, might he finally get his chance this year?
