In light of Norwich’s upcoming fixture with Liverpool, we take a trip down memory lane to look at players who have played for both clubs.
Craig Bellamy

Arguably one of the most famous players to play for both clubs is Welsh Legend Craig Bellamy. Bellamy was a product of the Norwich academy and made 84 appearances for the club between 1996 and 2000. He was sold to Coventry City in August 2000 for a club record fee of £6m.
Dani Pacheco

Dani Pacheco’s Norwich career, even though it was short, is remembered favourably by Canary fans. This is probably due to him gaining a place in Norwich folklore by scoring against Ipswich in the 5-1 thrashing of them at Portman Road. He made six appearances during his loan spell, scoring twice.
Zak Whitbread

American centre-back Whitbread was a product of Liverpool’s academy. He made four Liverpool appearances, two of those coming in Champions League qualification. He joined Norwich from Millwall and made 48 appearances for the club before moving to Leicester on a free transfer in 2012
Daniel Ayala
Daniel Ayala made five premier league appearances for Liverpool. Ayala’s Norwich City one was limited and hampered by injury. The Spaniard only made ten appearances for the club, and was sent out on loan twice before signing for Middlesborough. He reappeared in Norwich City history after being robbed of the ball by Cameron Jerome to score the first goal in the canaries play-off final win.
Peter Crouch

‘He’s big, he’s red, his feet stick out the bed, Peter Crouch! Peter Crouch!’ was the chant echoeing from the Kop during Crouch’s days in Merseyside. The 2.01m tall striker joined Norwich on loan from Aston Villa in 2003, making 15 appearances and scoring four goals. He made 135 appearances during his Liverpool career before moving to Portsmouth for a fee of around £10m
Jon Otsemebor
The right-back was another product of Liverpool’s youth acadamey, making four senior appearances for the club. He was a prominent player for Norwich between 2008-10 and made 103 appearances before moving to Southampton on a free transfer.
