Norwich City – 2-0 winners at Wembley Stadium and planning for an immediate return to the Premier League. It’s not something anyone would ever have expected to hear five months ago after a defeat to Preston in the F.A. Cup saw the Canaries low on confidence and even lower in the league. Neil Adams’ departure and the subsequent arrival of the footballing genius that is Alex Neil saw a season that seemed destined for despair end up with 40,000 Norwich fans chanting “We are Premier League, say we are Premier League!” at Wembley in a sea of yellow.
