Two teams have already booked their place in the Premier League for next season – Sheffield United and Norwich City.
The pair both sealed their promotions over the weekend, with Norwich securing it with a 2-1 win over Blackburn on Saturday and United celebrating after Leeds’ draw with Aston Villa on Sunday.
Norwich can seal the title with a point against Villa this weekend, although Sheffield United failing to win would also hand Daniel Farke’s side the silverware.
