Reading move for Oliveira to be loan with chance to buy
Nelson Oliveira is reportedly on the verge of joining Reading.
However, Courtney Friday of the Reading Chronicle has claimed to have knowledge of the type of deal the Royals are pursuing.
The Berkshire outfit are reportedly keen on signing the striker on a loan deal until the end of the season, with a view to making the witch permanent during the summer.
The 27-year-old has not played for the Canaries this season, with manager Daniel Farke preferring every front-man on planet earth to the Portuguese international.
Despite having been linked with multiple exit routes from East Anglia, it seems as though he will finally get his chance – and he won’t even have to leave the division.
The former Benfica man has been in Norfolk since 2016, and has scored 19 goals in 65 appearances at Carrow Road.
It is not yet known how much Reading would have to cough up to make Oliveira’s potential stay a permanent one.
