Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha has assured Graham Dorrans that he will do everything in his power to sign him from Norwich.
According to The Daily Record, Caixinha has been in regular contact with Dorrans, who is currently on holiday, and has said that he will do everything he can to bring him to Rangers.
The report claims that Dorrans is eager to move up to Scotland and join Rangers, who he has supported his whole life.

Dorrans was born in Glasgow and grew up supporting Rangers, which is why he is so keen to secure a move to the SPL outfit.
The 30-year-old midfielder looks set to be let go by Norwich this summer as the club tries to reduce the wage bill at Carrow Road.
The Scotsman scored six goals in 22 starts last season for the Canaries, but the signing of Mario Vrancic from Darmstadt looks to have pushed him out the door.
The report also states that Rangers will launch an improved £1.2m bid.
