Norwich City continued their pre-season preparations with a 3-1 win over Lincoln City on Tuesday night.
Kenny McLean marked his first appearance in yellow with a sublime first-half free-kick to open the scoring for Norwich.
Onel Hernandez then rolled the ball into the back of the net after latching onto Moritz Leitner’s excellent through ball.
Louis Thompson rounded off the scoring four minutes later after he ran onto Jordan Rhodes’ clever flick before skipping past the goalkeeper and firing into an empty net.
Lincoln were gifted a goal back late on, as Sean Raggett accidentally put the ball into his own net from 35 yards with a dodgy pass back.
Here are some of the standout stars for Norwich on the night…
One of two Norwich players to play the full 90. Controlled the flow in midfield and set up Hernandez’s goal with an excellent pass.
Came on and made an instant impact up front. Linked the play well and hit the side netting. Picked up the assist for Thompson’s goal. Held the ball up and won a number of aerial duels.
Zimmermann impressed at the back, making a number of tackles and blocks at the back. The dominant central defender looks set to play a key role again for Norwich next season.
Passlack played at right wing-back in the first half and impressed going forward. He worked his way into the box on a number of occasions and forced the goalkeeper into a good save.
