Ndombele back in training for Spurs ahead of Norwich clash
Tottenham Hotspur have received a big fitness boost ahead of their Premier League clash against Norwich City.
Jose Mourinho confirmed that he was hopeful that Tanguy Ndombele would be fit enough for Wednesday evening’s clash.
As quoted on Football London, Mourinho said:
I hope [he will be fit to play a run of games]. When you look at when he played, he offers us something we need.
Last week he worked one-on-one with a fitness coach to bring his level up before joining the group. Hopefully, he can give us something tomorrow.

The Canaries held Spurs to a 2-2 draw earlier this season and we’re hoping for similar performance and result this time around at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Ndombele has only played 802 league minutes so far this season and has been plagued with fitness issues so we feel that he is unlikely to be in the starting lineup.
The French midfielder did feature in the reverse fixture in December and lasted the entire 90 minutes but since he’s just returned to full training, the least we expect for him is a cameo from the bench if he’s in the squad.
