Norwich are reportedly interested in Tottenham midfielder Victor Wanyama heading into the January transfer window.
According to The Daily Mail, Wanyama is one of a number of players Norwich are keen on as they look to bolster their squad this month.
The report also doubles down on previous links to Victor Camarasa, Jarrod Bowen and Mbwana Samatta, whilst reporting that Norwich could have up to £25m to spend.

It seems very unlikely, given Wanyama’s wages, but it would fit Norwich’s model of signing players who have lost their way in recent seasons and getting them back to their best. Either way, it is not one that I would be expecting to happen, especially with Ibrahim Amadou already being on loan to the club as a defensive midfielder.
Wanyama has struggled for game time at Tottenham this season and has suffered with injuries, so he will be looking to get his career back on track. Will that be at Norwich? That remains to be seen.
It would make sense for Norwich to sign a centre-back and an attacking midfielder before trying to add more central midfielders to their squad, given the current need for stability at the back and goals from midfield.
