There is no confirmation from the club that Lewis will be missing for the trip to Everton, but given Norwich’s problems with injuries this season we have to fear the worst. If Lewis is absent, Max Aarons could fill in at left-back – allowing Sam Byram to slot back in at right-back, where he impressed earlier in the season.
Lewis has been looking tired in recent games and a couple of matches out of the firing line could do the left-back the world of good in the long-term. It would also give Byram another opportunity to stake a claim for a place in the starting XI, after good performances against Manchester City and Burnley.
Is Lewis Norwich's best left-back this decade?
