“Good luck” – These Norwich fans are not impressed by club announcement

Norwich City currently have a partnership with American team Tampa Bay Rowdies and recently announced that they will be selling their merchandise in-store.

The Canaries also have a player out on loan to the American side, with defender Caleb Richards currently enjoying a spell in the States.

Following this announcement, some Norwich fans took to Twitter to comment…

Oliver doesn’t seem too impressed with the price.

Nick seems to agree…

Amber seems to be comparing it to the membership scheme…

READ NORWICH VERDICT

It’s great to see that Norwich are building a strong connection with the American club, which they appear to be benefiting from in the form of Richards’ loan spell – as well as the infamous Tampa Bay half-time challenge at Carrow Road. We all love it really!

At over £90, it will take a hardened fan, or hipster, to decide to purchase a shirt, but any money that goes towards supporting either of these excellent clubs is probably money well spent.

Tampa play in the USL Championship in America, which is the second tier of their footballing pyramid – below the MLS.
