We have reached that time of the year when Premier League fans across the globe begin to piece together their Fantasy squads for the season.
The league kicks off on Friday night, with Norwich traveling away to play Liverpool, and fans only have a matter of days to finalise their squads before they are unable to make unlimited transfers.
As a newly promoted side, this will be the first time Norwich have featured on the game since the 2015/16 season, following their Championship title win last term.
Most squads will be padded out with players from the top clubs in England, with people trying to fit in the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Sergio Aguero into their team.
However, you do not have an unlimited budget! This means that you may be forced to look for some bargains, so here are some Norwich players who could win you points next season!
Teemu Pukki: £6.5m
Pukki could be a steal at £6.5m this summer. The Finland international scored 30 goals in all competitions last season and has the potential to find the back of the net on a consistent basis in the Premier League.
Emi Buendia: £6m
At just £6m, Buendia is almost a must-buy. He racked up eight goals and 17 assists in all competitions for Norwich last season, despite missing pre-season and the start of the campaign due to injury. He could be Norwich’s main creative force in the Premier League.
Ralf Fahrmann: £4.5m
Although he may start the season as Norwich’s number two, Fahrmann could be a snip at £4.5m as the season wears on. The German shot-stopper was highly rated at Schalke and could prove to be a bargain.
Patrick Roberts: £5.5m
Roberts impressed in pre-season for Norwich and caught the eye against Luton Town in a 5-1 win as he played a role in all five goals – scoring one himself. At £5.5m, he could provide good value in midfield next season.
Max Aarons: £4.5m
Aarons may not collect clean sheets every week, but the talented teenager could offer value with his attacking play. He scored two and assisted six in the Championship last season, but has looked sharp in pre-season and could continue to develop.
