Rocky Bushiri left out of Norwich’s pre-season tour of Germany

Norwich City have confirmed both their first-team and under-23 squads for their pre-season tour of Germany.

The Canaries fly out to Germany on Friday as they prepare for their first pre-season clash – against Arminia Bielefeld – on Sunday.

When the club announced their under-23 squad earlier this week, questions were raised over the absence of new signing Rocky Bushiri – with some believing him to be in the first-team squad.

Christoph Zimmermann has been ruled out for four-to-six weeks, which could have propelled Bushiri into Daniel Farke’s first-team thinking.

However, the Belgian under-21 international is nowhere to be seen on either of the lists. This suggests that the club have a loan switch lined up for the central defender.

Bushiri spent last season on loan to Eupen in the Belgian first division, before signing for Norwich earlier this summer.
