Who should start in goal for Norwich on the opening day next season?

The biggest point of discussion heading into the start of the season has been who will start in goal for Norwich next term.

Fans have been debating for weeks about who they think should get the chance to be between the sticks when Norwich travel to Anfield to face Liverpool on the opening day of the Premier League season.

The debate became slightly less ambiguous, however, earlier this week as Norwich confirmed the signing of German goalkeeper Ralf Fahrmann on loan from Schalke.

Norwich have signed Fahrmann on a season-long loan, with no option to buy, for a fee in the region of €3m.

It is now a straight fight between Tim Krul and Fahrmann to start in the Premier League next season, with Michael McGovern nailed on to be the experienced 3rd choice every side in the division has.

Krul played every minute of Norwich’s Championship winning campaign, but had little competition from McGovern, and does deserve a chance to compete for his place in pre-season.

Equally, Stuart Webber would not have paid a €3m loan fee to bring in one of the best goalkeepers in the Bundesliga over the last five years if he, and Daniel Farke, did not believe that he was an upgrade on Krul.

With all of this in mind, vote down below on who you think will be starting for Norwich at Anfield next month!
