Norwich interested in signing Metz midfielder Thill

Norwich City are eyeing up a summer move for 19-year-old midfielder Vincent Thill, according to Soccer Link.

The youngster has spent the 2018/19 season on loan at Pau, but is permanently on the books of Metz.

The Luxembourg international scored 10 goals and registered three assists during his time at Pau, impressing in the process.

With Norwich back in the Premier League after a title-winning campaign in the Championship, Daniel Farke will be looking to bolster his options.

Thill is seen as someone who can provide quality in the middle of the park, with his tender age meaning he should only improve, too.

West Brom are also reportedly interested in signing him, but the lure of playing the Premier League could give the Canaries the edge, with the Baggies missing out via the playoffs in 2018/19.

Such is his quality, Bayern Munich were linked with Thill in the past, but a move never materialised.
