Norwich City have officially confirmed that Carlton Morris will spend the 2019/20 season on loan to League One side Rotherham.

Morris has joined the League One side following their relegation from the Championship, as Norwich were crowned champions and promoted up to the Premier League.

Along with the news of the loan, the club have revealed that Morris has put pen to paper on a two-year contract extension to commit his future to the club.

The 23-year-old forward missed the entire 2018/19 campaign due to an injury picked up the previous year on loan to Shrewsbury in League One.

Morris is a product of the Norwich academy and was part of the 2013 squad which won the FA Youth Cup under Neil Adams, but has only ever made one appearance for Norwich’s first-team.
