Norwich City clinched the Championship title last Sunday with a 2-1 win over Aston Villa on the final day of the season.
The Canaries had already secured promotion the previous weekend with a win over Blackburn, but they signed off the campaign in style as they were crowned champions at Villa Park.
Daniel Farke and Stuart Webber are now tasked with preparing a squad ready to survive in the Premier League next season, which will be no easy task given that Webber has already claimed Norwich will have the lowest budget in the division.
One player who has already been linked with a move to Norwich is Southampton midfielder Harrison Reed. He is a player Farke, and Norwich, already know well after he spent last season on loan at the club.
He has been at Blackburn this season, where he has caught the eye again in multiple positions.
