Norwich and Sheffield United are battling it out to land Chelsea midfielder Kasey Palmer this summer.
According to The Mirror, via West London Sport, Norwich and Sheffield United are both interested in making him one of their first Premier League signings.
Both clubs secured promotion to the top-flight last weekend, with the summer transfer window to improve their squad for next season now on the agenda.

Palmer is currently on loan to Bristol City from Chelsea, where he has scored twice in 14 appearances in the Championship.
The report claims that Palmer is looking to leave Chelsea on a permanent deal, as he does see himself having a future at Stamford Bridge.
He is reportedly available for a fee in the region of £4m, with Norwich showing an interest in securing a deal.
Palmer would fit Norwich’s recruitment policy of signing young players with room for improvement, as the midfielder is only 22-years-of-age.
