Daniel Farke has revealed that Tettey picked up a knock in Norwich’s 3-1 defeat to Preston on Wednesday, and will now be out for their trip to Bolton.
Tom Trybull started alongside him in midfield at Preston, with Kenny McLean now in line for his first Championship start since August.
McLean came off the bench against Preston and it was his cross which was flicked on by Jordan Rhodes to set up Teemu Pukki in added time.
The Scotsman has not started a Championship game since Norwich’s 4-3 defeat to West Brom in August, but did get an assist off the bench against West Brom last month in the 1-1 draw.
