The Canaries face Portsmouth in the FA Cup at Carrow Road this weekend, before travelling away to West Brom in the league.
Farke’s side are currently second in the Championship, with West Brom three points behind them in fourth.
Jamal Lewis has missed Norwich’s last two league games, with a 4-3 defeat to Derby and a 1-1 draw at Brentford coming after his injury.
Tettey, on the other hand, came off injured in the second-half against Brentford, but should only miss the game against Portsmouth.
Farke has also confirmed that Felix Passlack will stay at the club, despite a lack of minutes this season.
