Southampton striker Shane Long is reportedly available on loan this week, so should Norwich be interested?
Long, despite starting at the weekend, now appears as though he is set to leave St. Mary’s on a temporary basis before the window closes on Friday.
The Irish international has struggled in the Premier League in recent seasons, amassing only five goals in the last two campaigns.
Long has scored 20 Premier League goals in four seasons with Southampton, with ten coming in one season.
Norwich have not made a loan signing since the permanent window closed, although they are being linked with a move for Fulham’s Neeksens Kebano.
