Norwich player ratings: Cardiff (H)

Norwich suffered a heartbreaking defeat against Cardiff City this afternoon, with the Canaries conceding two late goals against the Bluebirds.

Neil Warnock’s side, in familiar fashion, won a game in which they didn’t dominate shots or possession. The Bluebirds scored twice late on to keep their automatic promotion dreams alive.

Norwich had most of the chances and possession but again lacked the cutting edge to put the ball in the net.

Cardiff’s first goal would come on 87 minutes through Kenneth Zohore. The winner came from a rebound off Angus Gunn, with the keeper failing to hold on to Zohore’s original effort.

The winner came from Junior Hoilett, who scored a fantastic goal to give Cardiff their biggest win of the campaign so far.

The result is another disappointing one for Norwich, who will now be firmly looking towards next season after a mediocre start for Daniel Farke as boss.

Here’s how we rated the City players.
