The cost of being a Norwich City fan this season

If there’s one thing pretty much every football fan in the country, if not the world, can agree on it’s that the amount of money in football these days has gotten ridiculous.

This doesn’t just concern ever rising transfer fees, such as the price of Dennis Bergkamp in the 90s now getting you Jordan Ibe or one of Troy Deeney’s legs. This strange kind of trickle-down economics in the football universe bubble has resulted in the cost of being a football fan in the 21st century being an expensive ordeal.

From ticket prices to your beef pie at half time, it seems like anything which involves getting your wallet out has skyrocketed. While campaigns like “Against Modern Football” and “Twenty’s Plenty” have tried to highlight the issue, it seems an uphill battle to make any serious impact on the life of an average football fan.

Here we take a look at some of the potential costs of being a Norwich City fan this season.
