Coming into Norwich’s clash against Arsenal tomorrow afternoon, Gunners manager Arsene Wenger has picked out Canaries winger Nathan Redmond as the dangerman.
The England under-21 international is Norwich’s top goalscorer so far this season with four goals; something that was not expected at the start of the season given his fairly poor goalscoring record from his first two Norwich campaigns.

In his debut season with Norwich, Redmond scored just the one Premier League goal, which came against Southampton in one of his first few Norwich matches. However, last season he improved in the Championship, scoring six times and managing 12 assists. Much more fruitful than his first campaign.
Redmond has carried on his form from the back end of last season to the start of this with his four Premier League goals and it is his performances for Norwich and England that has led to Wenger picking him out as the star man.
He’s a young prospect who, for me, has a top individual talent. He has pace, he is creative in his dribbling and he’s one of the players who caught my eye every time I watched the (England) under-21s play. He gives you always the impression that he can create something special.
