Norwich youngster Harry Toffolo has signed for Championship side Rotherham United on an emergency month loan. The 20-year-old, who was part of Neil Adam’s youth cup winning side, is the third Canary to join the Millers this season, after Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe and Tony Andreu joined on deadline day.
Toffolo has seen first team chances very limited at Carrow Road. The England U20 International has only seen action in the Captial One Cup so far this year, including playing against Rotherham at the New York Stadium.
This follows Toffolo’s previous loan spell at Swindon Town last year, where he impressed and also made it to the League 1 play-off final against Preston, which the Robins eventually lost.
He joins up with Tony Andreu under the new management of ex-Leeds boss Neil Redfearn. The Millers currently lie 23rd in the Championship, and Toffolo will look to play in the game against Brentford on Saturday.
