Norwich transfer target Dieumerci Mbokani all but confirmed his transfer to Norwich City on Instagram today by liking a picture showing his new affiliation with the club. The post contained a message of support for his season-long loan to Norwich.
The Congolese striker has been part of a transfer saga that has rolled on for the majority of the transfer window, and with reports saying he is nearing a deal, this may be the final piece of info showing the deal has been sealed.
With this occurring, Norwich may be rushed into confirming the deal earlier than they may want to, as it has been all but officially confirmed today. Mbokani’s first game as a Norwich player will not be for Norwich however, as he has been called up to represent DR Congo in their upcoming matches during the international break. The striker has not featured this season for Dynamo Kiev, supposedly as he wouldn’t play to force a move to England.
